New West Village Sushi - Sushi Mambo

After my second visit to Sushi Mambo, a large, new sushi restaurant on Bleecker & Cornelia, I'd like to recommend it. The fish is fresh and well prepared. They have a large menu and the chef specialty maki are beautifully, some with a touch of hot mayonnaise sauce on them. My favorite is the Volcano roll (spicy tuna, crunch with spicy sauce) but everything was good.

Prices are reasonable with the more elaborate rolls costing between $8.95 and $12.95.

It's large and doesn't look like much, but I'm hoping others will try it and like it as much as we have so it'll do the business it deserves. They also deliver for orders over $15. Service is cordial. They have beer, several wines and sake.
