What a weird board?!

Charles Yu | Mar 2, 201701:43 PM     62

Interesting to notice almost 8 out of 10 new postings from upcoming visitors to Tokyo....ONLY
inquire about Sushi? There are soooo many other Japanese cuisine worthy of savoring and discovering! Kaiseki, Modern Kaisaeki, Tempura, Yakiniku, Yakitori, Fugu .....all the way to comfort food like Ramen, Soba, Unagi.....
Why no interest?
Furthermore, Japanese chefs prepare some of the best tasting western food on earth! In fact some of the best pasta dishes I've eaten was not in Italy, but in Tokyo!......so good, even Michelin star restaurants like the 2* Marea in NYC took a page from the Japanese approach by incorporating Crab meat, Uni and Ikura into their pasta creation.
