Planning meals ahead helps on those days when someone else’s urgent situation requires your time and attention - whether that “someone” is your boss, your baby or a friend in need. We all know plans change, so no worries if something drops off your list or gets added.
You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others and as your own reality-check for next week’s plans.
