Let’s use this thread to share concise weekly dinner menus for each week in October. Time to make our favorite Fall recipes, and maybe get some new ideas from each other. What’s planned from the COTM (Cookbook of the Month: SIX SEASONS: A NEW WAY WITH VEGETABLES, by Joshua McFadden with Martha Holmberg), DOTM (Dish of the Month), or the Fall quarterly baking books (FLO BRAKER QUARTER - any of the 3 baking books by Flo Braker )?
Planning meals ahead saves time during routine grocery shopping, might even allow you to skip a week (gasp) and perhaps make those last-minute special-ingredient runs rare, although we can’t promise to completely prevent them. We all know plans change, so no worries if something drops off your list or gets added.
You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others and as your own reality-check for next week’s plans.
