Let's use this thread to share concise weekly dinner menus for each week in the 2nd half of March. Will you be joining in the Cookbook of the Month (Gjelina by Travis Lett), make a Gumbo as DOTM (Dish of the Month) or something from the Spring quarterly baking book (Classic Home Desserts by Richard Sax)?
Planning meals ahead simplifies daily cooking. Telling your family what’s planned can help family members make good lunch choices for variety, lower their (perhaps not stated) anxiety due to uncertainty leading up to meal time, and may even gain you kitchen help if you want. We all have menu plans change - sometimes only swapping days, and sometimes disrupting an entire week or month. You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others and as your own reality-check for next week’s plans.
It's helpful if you can include your location and how many people you are feeding. Links to recipes are always appreciated, and sources help.

Reminder – Keep your comments menu / food related. We’re such a friendly group it’s easy to get chatty and our longer discussions (more than 300 or so) are slower to load; starting a 2nd half discussion mid-month helps. Even short one-sentence posts seem to add to the burden (CH tech has been told about the issue).
