Weekly Menu Plans - April 2016

MidwesternerTT | Mar 31, 201608:07 PM     404

Let's use this thread to share concise weekly dinner menus for each week of April. It's helpful if you can include your location and how many people you are feeding.

We use this thread for ideas, support, inspiration, seasonal recipes, ways to keep the produce drawer veggies from lingering too long, and to share our passion for food. And, we all know that things change throughout the week, so no worries if your planned menu changes, sometimes a lot! If you participate in COTM (Cookbook of the Month) and DOTM (Dish of the Month), this thread may also be a way to see how to incorporate those meals with our often busy schedules. And cooking from the quarterly Dessert Cookbook will keep some of us baking.
