Weekly Menu Planning - September 2020

MidwesternerTT | Aug 24, 202007:28 PM     475

Let’s use this thread to share concise weekly dinner menus for each week in September. It's helpful if you can include your location and how many people you are feeding. Links to recipes are always appreciated, and sources help.

At our house, we’re slated for 2 weeks of home refurbish / construction (windows & siding, at last!), and I expect there may be some extra take-out / delivery for us. Are you finding ways to have a cooking-break for a couple of dinners in a row, either using take-out or simply by making a really large casserole or pot of stew and reheating / repeating? Does your spouse have a “signature meal” and are those ingredients always on-hand? Or perhaps you’ve hired your tween/teen, to expand their cooking skills?

We all know plans can change, so it’s fine (practically expected) when your week gets rearranged from your posted plan. You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others.

The August discussion is still available for reporting the last week and follow-ups.
