Weekly Menu Planning – November 2018

MidwesternerTT | Oct 26, 201806:45 PM     230

Let’s use this thread to share concise weekly dinner menus for each week in November. Will you be cooking with the Cookbook of the Month (COTM) crowd from FRESH INDIA: 130 Quick, Easy, and Delicious Vegetarian Recipes for Every Day by Meera Sodha? Or will you be inspired by the selected Dish of the Month (DOTM) either Focaccia or Pupusas? Will you make something wonderful from the quarterly baking cookbook, FLOUR, by Joanne Chang?

My goal for early in the month is to use what I have. I need to clear as much freezer and refrigerator space as I can, in preparation for holiday cooking and baking.

We all know plans can change, so it’s fine (practically expected) when your week gets rearranged from your posted plan. You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others. It's helpful if you can include your location and how many people you are feeding. Links to recipes are always appreciated, and sources help.

The October discussion is still available for reporting the last week and follow-ups.
