It’s still deep winter here in Minnesota, so planning a week of soups (hat-tip CH’er dustchick in January) is sounding like a fine idea to me. And I’ll be taking a cooking class in early March, hoping to add a fresh recipe or two to my cooking options. Are you making old favorites, or experimenting with new flavors or techniques? When you experiment, do you have a reliable quick backup? Here, that’s eggs & toast (aka, breakfast for dinner).
We all know plans can change, so it’s fine (practically expected) when your week gets rearranged from your posted plan. You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others.
