Let’s use this thread to share concise weekly dinner menus for each week in December. It's helpful if you can include your location and how many people you are feeding. Links to recipes are always appreciated, and sources help.
I’ll spend the first 2 weeks baking and freezing cookies and snacks to mail to family in 3 states, with porch-deliver of plates for local friends planned). So meals here will trend even more strongly toward simple & fast & family favorites. Once the baked cookies are out of the freezer and into the mail, wrapped slices of a lasagna or two are likely to take-over the shelves. Will you be trying out new recipes that might feature on your Christmas or New Years table?
We all know plans can change, so it’s fine (practically expected) when your week gets rearranged from your posted plan. You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others.
The November discussion is still available for reporting the last week and follow-ups.
