Or will you be inspired by the selected Dish of the Month (DOTM)? The DOTM nominations list alone could be a monthly menu plan!
By the end of May, I’ll be making rhubarb desserts and watering my outdoor planters of new flowers and vegetables. My well-stocked freezer full of “proteins” purchased on sale during the past 6 months– meat, poultry, seafood – will shape this month’s meals, but thawing time variability means daily plans will shuffle even more than usual.
We all know plans can change, so it’s fine (practically expected) when your week gets rearranged from your posted plan. Just having the list for the week is a huge stress-reducer for me, freeing up time daily to volunteer or garden or focus on learning new skills. You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others. It's helpful if you can include your location and how many people you are feeding. Links to recipes are always appreciated, and sources help.
