this weekend in lake worth/wpb -- recs please

i'm making my semiannual sacrificial journey to lake worth this weekend to see my grandmother. this usually entails an entire weekend of sitting in the house watching tv and doing crossword puzzles, the only relief from which is going out to eat. i've been over the board looking for suggestions, but still have some questions.

for reference, places we usually go are john g's, the morikami, i&j. we usually do one expensive dinner; in may when i was last there we went to tsunami, which was very very good. so i'm looking for something on that order. she's willing to drive to delray, wpb, wellington, etc, but generally considers boca too much of a shlep.

i always want to try the lantana taquerias but she will literally refuse to pull over and sate my need for cheap, health code-defying, central american food. is there a can't-miss taqueria i should hit? (i'm counting on being able to take her car this time.) are there any worthwhile peruvian places within a decent radius? i'm mostly interested in stuff i can't get in detroit, which means south american/central american/caribbean. bbq is good too, as is sushi (we've hit a few sushi places over the years but i have yet to be impressed by any of them; would need a kitchen too, she doesn't eat raw stuff).

and if anybody knows of a bubble tea place in the area, speak up. the bubble tea situation in motown is dire.
