Yes, they're usually pricey eats, but you get singing and dancing too. I'd be curious if the Peruvian fest won't just be represented by Mochikas or El Inka. It's more interesting when members of the community do their thing, especially if they're not from a restaurant, just like the Burmese picnic a while back at Trout Lake.
