Bostonian (actually Arlington) visiting Cocoa Beach for the first time this New Year. I booked dinner for New Years Eve at the Black Tulip... any thoughts? Will it be worth the $55/person? Would appreciate any recommendations for the day-to-day food. I AVOID tourist spots and family restaurants. Love hole-in-the wall places with great food at a good value. Don't need great ambience or service. (My partner's a cook.) Is there a Cuban presence here? I always indulge when I'm visiting Miami. Thanks for any replies!
