Wedding Reception at Restaurant- picky picky eaters!

Help!
I am having a small wedding of about 40 people and will be having a reception/celebration dinner afterwards. We have very picky eaters. 2 Gluten Free diners, 2.5 vegetarians (one is only veg half the time) and a whole pile of people who hate (i mean hate) "ethnic" food. We'd need to stick to italian, greek, canadian american ect. We also have to do all this for $30 a person (under preferably) not including drinks and i can be flexible on if that includes tip ect.
As I will be in a wedding dress, private room is probably perferable but meh.
Oh, we are looking at St James Gardens or Allen Gardens for the ceremony so id like to stay in the core area for sure.
Any and all suggestions shall be googled :)
