Wedding Cake Bakery

I'm getting married this year, and am having a hard time finding a good bakery in the Hamilton/Hightstown area to make our wedding cake. We are looking for someone or someplace that is skilled in rolled fondant and has some artistic talent as we want Celtic knotwork encircling each layer.

All the websites and photos I have seen of local bakeries are the outdated butter and/or whipped cream flowery monstrosities with thick piping and massive amounts of icing. Those familiar with the old Italian bakeries in Trenton will know exactly what I am referring to.

Mendoker's in Jamesburg was recommended, but from looking at their website, they depict exactly the aforedescribed type of cake, and the the pictures of the non-wedding cakes look like a high school kid decorated them, so I am a bit leary on using them.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
