We're leaving for New Orleans on Tuesday and I'm so so SO excited! And also, wondering what to wear for our fancy dinner evenings.

We're booked for lovely dinners at Brigsten's and Upperline, thinking about Bacchanal for Sunday dinner, and considering the Bon Ton Cafe for Monday dinner. We're usually a bit scruffy, but tidy up pretty well -- how tidy should we get for our fancy dinners at Brigsten's and Upperline? Bacchanal seemed pretty casual when we were there last year -- do we need to be fancy now that they have a fancy chef? And is the Bon Ton a fancypants place or a casualpants place?

Thanks for all your suggestions for fabulous places to eat -- there are just so many awesome sounding places and never enough time or tummy room to fit them in...
