I've been getting into "pasta" made from veggies like zucchini- I know, I know, but I gained 20 lbs and want to look good again. I've attempted marinara sauce a few times to go with this "pasta" and while delicious, the sauce separates and there's a really watery portion. I've been reading old posts and saw reccos to cook for a long time, but also a ton of "30 min" recipes. I'm confused- can someone give me a definitive recipe that won't be watery? I've been using fresh, de-skinned plum tomatoes, evoo, garlic, some onion, fresh basil at the end. Also, should I be straining out seeds? Thanks in advance, love you guys!
