We made the watermelon feta olive salad posted recently (link below) which got rave reviews. We found that the instant the dressing went on, the watermelon started to release fluid. This never stops so between making the salad and eating it at dinner the fluid accumulation was about a cupful. It's not terribly unpleasant, but not really drinkable as it's mostly juice from the melon mixed with lime and onion.
We had some left over and by next morning it had turned to soup. Are you supposed to drain the fluid off continually? We found the salad delicious, though I think we will substitute arugula or spinach for the parsley which we don't particularly enjoy.
