My wife and I dined at the Water Grill last night for the first time. One Word is all I have to offer "Spectacular." I even got great vibes from the reservationist when I called to make my reservation.
Our server Matt was professional and caring, the whole crew was for that matter. I started with Hamachi Sashimi with tomatoes, sherry vinegar and chives. My wife choose the Sweetbread and Morels to start. For Main Courses I choose the Alaskan Halibut with English peas, bacon and pee wee potatoes and my wife had the Virginia Striped Bass with Artichoke and Squid. The service and cooking were professional. My wife commented that it was nice to find an "adult restaurant" in LA.
