I'm going to lunch at the Water Grill (on the company dime) and I wanted to know if anyone has suggestions as to "must-haves" for my first visit to the Water Grill. I believe any of the oysters and chilled shellfish platters are out of the suggested budget range, but I think I am allowed to have one item from the first course and one entree...

Sashimi of Hamachi
Blue Fin Tuna Tartare
