Water Grill - New Chef

I was back at the water grill last night for the first time since they changed chefs. First of all, the place was packed. Our reservation was at 8:00 and we arrived a few minutes early, but were seated immediately by the gracious and friendly hostess (isn't that refreshing). We asked the server to recommend some of the new chef's better dishes. We started with a crab cake that was all crab meat...best ever...and a pear and goat cheese salad. The server choose Bass with lemon potato and Loup du Mer for entree...both were excellent. The Loup had russian caviar and beets. We skipped dessert and just hung out and sipped our glasses of French Chablis....Service was great from start to finish....
