I have been to this locale at least 5 times before. I have always found it to be a great place for interesting breakfast/brunchy fare. The first time was the hook, and though it's not cheap, I have returned. Yesterday's I relived my first time, but it was even better. I ordered, tasted, ate it slowly so it would last as it was simply the best dish I have ever had there: The Heirloom Tomatoes served on toast with a ball of burrata cheese (similar to buffalo mozzarella but wetter, creamier, died-gone-to-heaven luscious) with cooked to perfection wafted eggs. The dish is simple, a little dressing on the tomatoes on a most pillowy whole wheat oat thick toast on this planet! do they bake that bread there? I saw the woman in the next booth putting her two carby slices away from her plate. I was of a mind to ask her if I could have them! I also ordered the Millionaire's Bacon, four very crispy bacon slices submerged in black pepper, brown sugar, and maple syrup. We split that order. I can't wait to go back to get the Heirloom Tomatoes again!
