Wanted: good recipe for bars or cake using matza cake meal

hbg1 | Apr 7, 201502:30 PM     4

The recipes I have for Pesach brownies or bars all use potato starch. I know that in general matza meal recipes are not as good, and/or always just taste like matza meal, but I want to be able to make kiddush on Yom Tov morning. I saw the brownie recipes already posted this year, and I'm looking for other options.

Do you have a good recipe for a cake or bars using cake meal or matza meal? I have both on hand. It doesn't have to make a lot, especially since the leftovers probably won't be very appealing after Pesach.
