I need a killer chocolate cheesecake recipe for Christmas dinner. I’ll be taking it to my MIL’s house, primarily as a treat for her. She had lap-band surgery recently and will only be able to eat a small sliver of the cake. That’s why it needs to be amazing, not just good.
Any responses and tested recipes would be much appreciated. I have a go-to cheesecake recipe, but my MIL loves chocolate cheesecake, which I’ve never made before.
(I *know* I could use google, and I have, but I really want to hear the recipe is great from someone here at CH.)
