Walnut Ridge Farm In Middletown, MD: Anyone Been To Their Parlor?

Joe H. | Feb 27, 2003 10:22 AM

Now that we've entered the discussion of dairy products including cream top milk and Golden Guernsey ice cream I found a website for the American Guernsey Association. It lists every guernsey dairy in the U. S. and Canada along with directions, phone numbers, etc. as well as the number of cows each has.
There aren't as many left as you may think!
Anyway, there's a "Golden Guernsey" dairy farm with a "parlor" in Middletown, Maryland just north of Frederick called Walnut Ridge. I know nothing else about it but assume that if it is a guernsey dairy and has a parlor then they must sell Golden Guernsey ice cream made on their farm.
Has anyone ever heard of this or actually been to it?
