I'm surprised no one has mentioned this place on the CH board yet.
My wine-loving relatives from France wanted to move in here. Wally's features LOTS of great wines sold by the glass, and they DO slice their jamón ibérico de bellota properly. The kitchen cranks out solid, tasty food for lunch (I haven't tried dinner there yet). Heck, Wally's even uses the porcelainware from the kiln of Morihiro Onodera (yes, THAT Mori-san, from Mori Sushi)! And the Wally's cheese store at the Vinoteca gives the Cheese Store of BH a run for its money.
I definitely recommend the 'Hounds to check it out.
