Hi guys, its been a while in here.
i do home baking and i sell cinnamon rolls or used to and i want it to give it another try. The last time i was baking i encountered a lot of problems that i may need help with because i know i am a fish.
1) I wasn't able to take every order because first i was doing it by myself so i had to wake up everyday to make like dough for 90-100 cinnamon rolls, so i had to make small batches since my oven could take 24 at a time . and i couldn't bake all of them in the morning since some of my customer would want their rolls in the evening and i wanted my customer to get fresh baked rolls.
2) Some of my customer used to complain when their rolls get delivered their glaze is melted
