Just dropped by here last night. Got short ribs, three-kal bi style slices, the meat chewy and flavorful, not so heavily marinaded as at most Korean places. The starches were interesting to me; the rice was fat, chewy grains, with a slightly sweet flavor. The mac salad, I never like mac salad, I never eat mac salad, but this was pretty good. There were some little crunchy somethings in the mix that added interest, and the bland creamy sauce and al dente noodles went pretty well with the ribs.
