what's after wahakaritas?

Does anyone remember Wa-ha-ka (Oaxaca)'s on Union Street? They had the best margaritas. I had a stint working at the Extreme Pizza next door a few years back and used to watch the bartenders slice boxes of fresh limes and hand-squeeze them every afternoon. The result - with top shelf liquor - was served up for $3 in a 16oz glass in five variations: on ice or blended, salt or no, or strawberry. On nice afternoons the roof, reminiscent of a greenhouse or the swimming pool of a fancy hotel would be opened to the blue sky. Two wa-ha-ka-ritas and you were done for. Good thing we lived in the neighborhood.

So where should I go for margaritas now? I've just moved back to the city and can't drink wine every night.... Something fresh and real. Will carpool if necessary.
