Was at Vong on Saturday night - 6 girls for dinner. Had two orders of the appetizer sampler. Of the 5 items, the shrimp was the best (seemed to be panko crusted). All others (tuna roll in rice paper, crab spring roll, some sort of duck and plum sauce roll and lastly lobster in rice paper - which was a segment of tail meat and seemingly nothing else) were slightly boring. I can only comment on my entree which was the grilled beef in ginger broth with noodles which was ...OK. Nothing to write home about. Saw the chicken dish but didnt'get to taste it. Also eyed the duck dish but missed that - the presentation of both was just OK. Atmosphere just ok. Signature drinks were good. Service was good.
All in all, I'd say I don't have to go back again.
