Visitor looking for decent Chinese buffet

Joe | Aug 17, 200502:19 PM     11

Hi. I'm visiting San Francisco for a couple of days. I've already gotten a lot of recommendations from reading this board (thank you). I'm taking my dad out for Chinese food. He's said he would like to try a Chinese buffet. Are there any -- for lunch or dinner -- that are good? I want him to try a variety of dishes, but the bonus to a buffet is that if he doesn't like it, he can at least eat fried rice (he's not the most adventurous eater). So if anyone has advice on decent Chinese buffet lunches or dinners that have a wide variety of dishes, please share. Thanks!

Oh, and he's already said he doesn't want to do dim sum (I tried...).
