Yet another visitor to Boston...looking for advice

My wife and I will be in Boston for business in August and we have about 4 nights of eating to fill. I hate to beat this to death, but I've read many other posts up here and hope you'll bear with me as I attempt to refine the list a bit! There all starting to run together.

We're staying near the financial district, would prefer to walk, but could cab it for good chow. We're less interested in stuffy fine dining and prefer local and sustainable where possible-- not a requirement though. We'll be there on a Fri. night through Mon. night.

Seafood: So far I've got Neptune's on the list for seafood and I'm looking for a few more suggestions. The pan cooked lobster at Summer Shack also sounds like a possibility.

Italian: I've read good things about Prezza, Mamma Marias and Rialto. Basically, if you had your choice of any Italian place, what would it be?

Other: Sushi or anything else..........China Town? We'd like to mix things up a bit.

Thanks for your suggestions!
