Visiting Portland, Breakfast at Jam

Great local scene, extensive breakfast menu. I got there when they opened at 7:30, and by the time I left an hour later they were mostly full.

Difficult to decide what to order, as there were so many interesting choices. In the end I opted for Loki smoked salmon and sourdough toast. My word, that was excellent salmon, some of the best I've had. A ridiculously huge portion, so I brought it back to my Airbnb apartment up the street and popped it in the fridge for snacks.
