It's my parents' 40th wedding anniversary in a few weeks. They are Italian immigrants, now living in Delaware. I give you that background because they are the pickiest eaters you can imagine. Usually, it's not worth it to take them out to dinner because it's rare that they find the food good enough. But this is a special occasion. Please tell me the best AUTHENTIC Italian cuisine in Philadelphia (or Delaware, though that's a long shot). Money not an object. No red sauce places, please. Someone had recommended a place called Trattoria Primadonna on Spruce but then said the chef had recently left. Also, I heard they choose a Prima Donna every night that sits on a throne and gets a free meal and that sounded pretty cheesy. Let me know what you all think! Thanks in advance!
