First Visit: Seeking feedback and reccommendations on where to eat and drink

Greetings Chowhounds of Charleston,

I'm coming from Boston for my first visit to Charleston! After much research I'm looking for feedback on my list, this short visit will allow for 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts and 3 lunches (and much as Mr. Pickypants would love to have second lunch so I don't have to eliminate one of the choices, this is not an option.) This is what I have so far, thoughts?:

Hominy Grill (breakfast)
Husk (dinner)
Cypress (dinner)
Butcher & Bee (lunch)
Leon's Oyster Shop (lunch)
Artisen Meat Share (lunch)
Chez Nous (lunch)

Planning on stopping by Mixon Market and Cit Market, and would appreciate suggestions for other specialty food shops or cool markets.

Would also appreciate feedback on best beer bars or local brewery tasting rooms, and tips on places that serve cask conditioned ale (that's for Mr. P, the beer aficionado). I have narrowed it down to Palmetto Brewery, Relvery Brewery and Charleston Beer Exchange.

And last but not least, best places for homemade ice cream.

Thanks!
