Hi All, ex-PhillyBestBYOB here! I'm planning another trip back to Philly, and you guys were helpful last time on picking some new places to try...
I've already got a reservation for Cadence, hot off their F&W Best New Restaurant award. But what else is new and interesting in the last year? Breakfast/lunch/dinner, cheap/expensive, byob/not, it doesn't matter.
