First visit to China Village?

For reasons that right now seem absurd, I have never been to China Village in Albany, despite living one mile away. Realizing my folly, I am going tonight (I have confirmed that they are open). I have tried to peruse previous posts to compile a list of must-haves, but some additional input would be really appreciated. While normally my modus operandi would be to go hog-wild, order way too much, and just eat the left-overs for a few days and thus minimize risk of missing something great, I'm actually leaving for vacation tomorrow, so I need to be a bit more realistic. There are 3 of us going, but we can seriously eat, have no food phobias, and we like the hot stuff. So far, it seems that there is board consensus on:

cold home-style spiced chicken
General Zhangfei's beef
watering dumplings with spicy sauce
poached pork belly in garlic sauce

Also, my Chinese friend who is from Beijing (and who has NOT been to China Village, but now that I have talked to about him about it and he has called the restaurant, he is now running out the door to go right now -- literally) says that I should keep an eye out for the following regional dishes that he enjoys:

Sichuan style boiled beef
Spicy combo (fu chi fei pien)
Chongching style spicy chicken (popcorn chicken)
Sichuan style potato strips
dry cooked string beans

So, if you had a "top five" I would love to hear it. My stomach thanks you in advance.
