Visit to Boston, DC and New York

acupofapathy | Feb 28, 201605:40 AM

Will be travelling to these cities from Asia with my boyfriend soon and we are looking for some recommendations. This will be our first visit to Boston and DC, and our second to NY. We are largely adventurous with food and will consider anything within the $-$$$$ price point. We won't be driving though, and will be relying on public transport. These are the places which we are pretty set on. Please feel free to share your thoughts on these places, and if anyone has any other suggestions, we would be more than happy to hear them out. Would prefer anything but Asian food though, because we get plenty of good Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indian food from where we come from. Thanks!

Boston (4 nights) - don't mind places within Cambridge and Boston
- Aquitaine (breakfast)
- Zaftigs (breakfast)
- Craigie on Main (dinner)
- Island Creek Oyster Bar (dinner)
- Neptune Oysters (dinner)

We need one more dinner recommendation for Boston!

DC (3 nights)
- Oohhs & Aahhs
- Ben's Chili Bowl
- Blue Duck Tavern (brunch)
- Kapnos (dinner) - or should we do Zaytinya?
- Rose's Luxury
- Red Hen? - still on the fence bout this one

New York (7 nights) - don't mind places in Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Luke’s Lobster
- Club A Steakhouse (or Wolfgang or Keens? We have tried Benjamins and Ruth's Chris and we enjoyed the steaks at both.)

- Marea (lunch)
- Katz's
- Sweet Chick or El Rey? (brunch)
- Cookshop (brunch)
