Wife and i love Persian and hadnt been to Rumis. So after a good movie (Unstoppable) we stopped for an early meal.First impression walking in w/o reservations was excellent--folks were falling over us to get us a good table, wine etc. Wine list is limited--best pInot noir was a Macmurray, which was just OK.We both shared a "minced" lamb appetizer whch was served on pita bread and was outstanding. They borught a basket of pita with a basket of various adders, mint, feta, butter, radish etc, that was excellent as well. For our meals i went with the hanger steak special, a marinated hanger steak, think that was perfect--a side of thinly sliced potatoes that were lightly seasoned were a little overcooked but fine with the steak.A side sauce made of red peppers was unique and very good match with th staek. My wife had the chicken kabob with rice that was also excellent.Service was very good, w/o being intrusive.3 glasses wine with meal, the billl was $80
