I am looking for a particular recipe that I clipped from a newspaper and later lost. I THINK it was from The Vintner's Table Cookbook: Recipes from a Winery Chef, by Mary Everly. The recipe is for a molasses merlot pork tenderloin (not sure of the exact title). I haven't been able to find the book locally to check if the recipe is in fact in there, and I don't want to order it online to find out that I was wrong. If anyone has the book, can you let me know if the recipe is in it, or better yet, pass along the recipe?
