Decided to try Vintage in Woosocket, RI last evening. Started off with a Pomegranite Martini, 8.50, did not hold a candle to XO's in Providence. Shared an appetizer of Mussels, thought they were just OK, (much better at Red Stripe). Our entrees were Free Range Chicken on Potato Puree and Pulled Duck Confit over Homemade Pasta. The chicken dish was excellent and certainly the winner of the evening. The duck dish was very gamey. They have done a nice job with the building, however they still have many kinks to work out. Our bill was 110.00 before tip (which included included an inexpensive bottle of wine). Including us, there was a total of 8 people in the dining room, and no one in the bar area, which leaves us wondering if Woonsocket will support such a restaurant. At this point we would not make a special trip back there.
