It was yesterday in the Biltmore, part of the Cellar Club I believe. I have to say, for the most part I was disappointed. If I would have paid the $35 for non-businesses people i would have been upset. For the most part I'm finding that EVERYBODY is trying to profit from recent wine popularity and churning out more and more inferior product. Has this always been the case or is this trend becoming more prevalent. I'm fairly new to the scene so I am curious about others input. Btw, some wines out of Sicily were very delicious and even unique.
