Fish works in Edgartown replaces the mexican joint that was there for a couple of seasons. We ate there last night. All been redone, lots of white and blue. We ate on the patio. All was good but as is standard on the rock too much money for what you get.
Started with cosmo's which were OK but very, very limey. Husband had local beer and mom had fish eye savignon blanc. Appetizers were calamari which were outstanding, crisp and not at all rubbery, served with a sweet/tangy ginger sauce. husband had shrimp cocktail which were 4 good sized shrimp and a heavy on the horseradish cocktail sauce. Entree were chipotle shrimp-quite good with mellow heat also: rare grilled tuna, glazed salmon and softshell crabs. We all enjoyed our entrees. My son had the seafood chowder which I did not care for (too creamy) but my son ate every drop. Visble hunks of fish, shrimp and scallops.
Mom picked up the tab so I didn't see the total but entrees range in the high twenties to mid thirties, app's were mostly double digits. Lobsters were in the $40 range-yikes!
