I'm racing a triathlon on Sunday and am hoping to find a restaurant in the Vineland, Cumberland, Millville area that would be conducive to a pre-race meal. So, nothing spicy, pasta would be good, some sort of protein. BBQ would be nice, but I don't think my stomach will like that so much... I guess Italian or just regular American. In general, I prefer to seek out the highest deliciousness...but in this case, I just want a reliable place where I can eat something that is relatively ungreasy, good carbs and proteins. Actually a good health food restaurant would be awesome.
