Why is my vinaigrette blue? (no garlic)

valadelphia | May 2, 201809:44 AM

I have read a lot about why garlic turns blue in acid, but I cannot figure out why the vinegar in this simple oil and vinegar dressing is blue! It is either white wine or white balsamic vinegar, about a week old. Any ideas? (It looks purple in the photos, but it is true blue.)
