For those of you who don't access hot posts this showed up in response to a 2001 post and I am reposting it to the main board so it's not missed by the community.

There is a new vietnamese restaurant in west hollywood. It is called "Pho bulous" and it is on La Cienega, about one block north of the Beverly Center on the east side of the street, right next to Le Coronet theater. It is a very small space so it is easy to miss. I am vietnamese and I find that the food is authentic. Weekends are the best times to go because they serve specials that they usually don't have during the week (beef stew, pork ragu). The pho is good as well as the shrimp and pork rolls and beef stew.
