Vietnamese Fresh Rolls Goi Cuon

I was wondering if anyone can recommend an exceptional example of these in San Diego. I've noticed a lot of restaurants skimping on fresh herbs and quality lettuce.
I'm looking even more specifically for those that encase still warm grilled meats like the nem neoung sausage or marinated pork. I am not so crazy for the boring boiled pork slices and farmed shrimp though they do the trick.
