Went there last night for a late dinner after a play. I was surprised at how much I liked this restaurant because I hadn't heard much about it.
We all started with salads. I had the brasciole with goat cheese and it was delicious. The brasciole was so tender and the goat cheese wasn't overwhelming.
The country mustard dressing on one of the other salads was fantastic.
For an entree I had the ravioli stuffed with raisins, veal and ameretto cookies with a butter sage sauce. It seemed strange when I ordered it but it was such a perfect balance of flavors. Not too sweet.
Another member of the group ordered rigatoni with lamb meatballs. I absolutely loved this. It was much more delicate then I thought it would be.
Finally, for dessert I had one of the best tiramisu's I've had.
The room was pleasant and not too loud and the tables were not crowded together. The service was prefect, not rushed at all, even though we ended up being the last people in the restaurant.
Has anyone else been? Is it consistently good?
