Best verjus substitute for the glaze in this publican pork shoulder recipe?

zsh2v1 | Nov 15, 201802:05 PM

I'm making this amazing looking pork shoulder this weekend, and while i managed to time the pork shoulder cure, i definitely overestimated my ability to get a bottle of verjus for the glaze locally in time for my event. I'm wondering how to substitute the verjus in this glaze. Just swap for a white wine and add some lemon juice or white balsamic vinegar? Any other recommendations?
